Rezoning Priorities Survey
Thank you for helping the 16th District develop a clear vision for how our neighborhood should grow. This survey builds on previous community input and focuses specifically on our Council Member’s April 2025 proposal to rezone approximately 620 acres in Glencliff, Radnor, and Woodbine to RM20 (20 dwelling units per acre) or RM40 (40 dwelling units per acre).

We are 16th District citizens who joined forces in spring of 2025. We bring the 16th District's community voice to Metro Council, the Metro Planning Department, the Metro Planning Commission, and more.
